Our programs

Red Coral

This program focuses on the promotion and dissemination of choral singing through concerts and training for choir conductors and singers, as well as the dissemination of the choral movement in Chile. Within the framework of this initiative, Fundación Ibáñez Atkinson carries out the program “The beauty of singing” on Radio Beethoven, with the production and conduction of the Foundation’s Music Manager, Andrés Rodríguez Spoerer.

Music Educa

Convinced that the learning and practice of music from early childhood has cognitive and socio-emotional benefits that favor the integral development of people, we promote quality music education throughout the country.

Música Educa is a professional development program in music education, which offers advice to educational institutions and their community on content, planning and class monitoring. Likewise, it provides specialized training instances, aimed at music teachers and professionals related to the area.

We support young Chilean talents so that they can study and develop professionally within and outside the country. To do this, we organize auditions and have a scholarship program and master classes with some of the most recognized musicians in the world, among other initiatives.

Ibáñez Atkinson Young Artist Program-min

Ibáñez Atkinson Young Artist Program

Talent development pioneer program in lyrical singing in Latin America, which seeks to support and develop skills of exceptionally talented young singers, through technical instruction of the highest standard and performance opportunities on stage. This program takes place at the Municipal Theater of Santiago and has the mentorship of professionals such as John Norris (Munich and Berlin Opera), Evamaria Wieser (Salzburg Festival), David Gowland (Royal Opera House), Michael Heaston (Metropolitan Opera) , Bruno Nicola (Teatro alla Scala), David Lomelí (Opera Santa Fe), among others.

Students receive rigorous instruction and training in multidimensional techniques of the art of lyrical singing, both in the role of actors and singers, through intensive study with coaches in voice, acting, musical language, languages, professional orientation and coaching. They also opt for performance opportunities in the official season of the Teatro Municipal de Santiago.

Chiloé

Through heritage projects, we seek to recover and enhance the value of the Chiloé churches, a unique example of religious architecture in Latin America and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
