Making Chile proud! With his interpretation of the arias “Cara sposa” and “Verdi prati” by Handel, this artist from the small Chilean town of Curepto became one of nine opera singers from around the world who will take part in the grand finale of this prestigious European competition to be held on November 18 at the Marigny Theater.

José Andrés Muñoz and Samuel Wallace (Brazil) were the only Latin Americans—out of 44 opera singers—to participate in the semi-finals of the competition at the Sergei Rachmanivov Conservatory in Paris, a milestone made possible by their discovery at the recent FIA International Auditions.
